Graphic Terminal/Process controller 20cycles / 30 steps

Graphic Terminal, LCD 251x146mm, Multi-loop. Combined with a variable bumber of data acquisition modules Pixsys PL300 , it offers a complete and flexible control system for the management of thermal processes on industrial kilns, dryers, envirinmental chambers.

Up to 5 modules PL300 allow to monitor up to 20 processes, which can be related to 2 setpoints for temperature/pressure/humidity/oxygene% sensors. Special software features for gas kilns are available, including the management of motorized valves. Dual PID heating/cooling for environmental chambers, Waiting and Cycle Recovery, analogue retransmission of process/setpoint value. Graphic visualization of cycle advancement and internal recorder to monitor up to 6 traces. Events list including date/time.

Serial communication RS485/RS232/RS422, MODBUS protocol. Optional software tool DataLogger313 to visualize on PC cycle trends or for the download/upload of parameters and cycle data on/from Terminal, including also the firmware upgrade (possible also by Memory Card).
