This controller 32x74 with dual 4-digits display stands out for high configurability of the input and for a multi-voltage power supply from 24 to 230V AC/DC galvanically isolated and not requiring hardware selections. This translates into a single product code and one of the most versatile controllers on the market in such a compact format.
The analogue input can be programmed for all most common temperature sensors, (resistance thermometers and thermocouples), but also for process signals ( ex. pressure transmitters, humidity and flow sensors).
The algorithm for heating-cooling PID control is optimised both for temperature control and for processes with quick transitory, like pressure and flow..
Software functions of ATR142 include Open/Close logics for valves, Soft-start (programmable rising gradient), Timer (with options of delayed start of the control process or time-based activation of outputs), and pre-programmed working cycles of up to 3 segments.
The outputs can be selected as command/multiple alarm modes/event. Optional RS485 with Modbus RTU/Slave protocol.
Programmable on PC with Pixsys Labsoftview software and USB adapter.
A memory Card with internal battery allows quick programming without powering the unit.
