Expansion module Modbus RTU - CANopen
Expansion modules are a good solution for logging and management of remote I/Os and for expanding the basic structure in applications that already include PLCs, PCs or operator terminals. The RS485 serial port with Modbus/RTU protocol and the CANopen high-speed bus allow easy integration (including EDS files for CANopen) into devices from Pixsys and other manufacturers.
The devices are included in the Pixsys catalogue, inside the LogicLab development tool for quick integration into projects to be developed.
There are 6 part numbers available for solutions providing different combinations of analogue, digital or relay inputs and outputs.
A special parameter configuration allows to repeat the operation of the previous MCM260, ensuring full compatibility between the two series.
Addressing and setting of communication parameters are possible by using a 4-digit display and function keys under the front panel, or by NFC through MyPixsys App, like the latest Pixsys devices.
