    CNV520 | Protocol converter PROFINET-ModbusRTU

    CNV520 is a  Modbus RTU-Profinet protocol converter allowing to connect devices equipped with RS485 serial and Modbus RTU protocol to the Ethernet network asynchronously via  Profinet protocol.

    With CNV520 converter it is therefore possible to connect a Profinet Controller with one or more Modbus-RTU slaves.

    Programming interface MyPixsys Lab (version 1.20 or greater) supports following functions: 
    - configure the Modbus data read/write table of all connected slaves
    - configure the Modbus RTU read function (baud rate, serial format...) 
    - configure the functionality of the Profinet Device CNV520

    CNV520 is equipped with one analogue input, one digital output and 2 digital inputs, which can be activated as additional resources besides the protocol conversion function.

    Signalling LEDs allow monitoring of system operation, Profinet activity and data flow on the RS485 serial line.

    The device is DIN-rail mountable for space optimization within the control cabinet. 

    Maintenance and wiring are facilitated by the removable screw terminals.
