The CNV520 Modbus RTU/Modbus TCP/IP protocol converter allows you to connect
devices with RS485 serial and Modbus RTU protocol to the Ethernet network with Modbus TCP/IP protocol.
With the CNV520 converter it is therefore possible to connect a Modbus TCP/IP Master (client) with one or more Modbus RTU Slaves.
Via the available configuration interfaces, it is possible to configure options on the Modbus TCP/IP side (IP address, Net Mask, etc.) and on the Modbus RTU side (baud rate, serial format, time out ..).
The CNV520 is equipped with an analogue input, a digital output and 2 digital inputs, which can be activated as additional resources to the protocol conversion function.
Signalling LEDs allow monitoring of operation, Ethernet activity and data flow on the RS485 serial line.
