    Multi-channel Recording and monitoring system

    Software + Hardware Kit

    ITW is a solution for recording and monitoring process values.  The system can handle 1 to 8 analogue signals in the ITW410 configuration  (4" visualization panel) and 1 to 16 analogue signals in the ITW710 configuration (7" visualization panel).

    Each input/channel is programmable for reading different types of probes (PT100, thermocouples, NTC, PTC) or 4..20mA/0..10V analogue signals (humidity, pressure, level transducers...). It is possible to display the instantaneous value of each input and/or to get graphic recording  of the values over the last 24 hours.

    Digital output are available and can be correlated to programmable alarm thresholds.


    The hardware kit includes one or two MCM260X-5AD / MCM260X-1AD I/O modules  and  one TD410-AD (4") or  one TD710-A-2ETH (7") touchscreen display. The data acquisition modules communicate with the visualization panel via RS485 / Modbus-RTU.  

    For remote control purpose PixsysPortal VPN software is available.

    • Processes
      Monitoring of up to 16 processes (with 3 optional MCM260X-5AD modules) from RTD signals (PT100, PT1000, NTC, PTC, potentiometers), thermocouples (TC-K, TC-J, TC-S, TC-R, TC-N, TC-B), normalised signals (0..20mA, 4..20mA, 0..1V, 0..10V).
    • Outputs
      Up to 16 PNP digital outputs (with 1 optional MCM260X-1AD module) configurable as threshold/deviation alarms.
    • Datalogger
      Recording of process progress on .CSV file, with minimum sampling time 10s, exportable to USB stick or via FTP.
