PID controller ATR444  integrates all functionalities of the Pixsys Blu Line controllers. 

The bright alphanumeric display allows optimal visibility in all industrial environments, not only for process and alarm variables but also for scrolling status/event text messages, as well as for online help messages.

Keypad now includes 8 keys with the possibility to program single keys for dedicated functions, allowing direct access from front panel to frequent operations or functions which could result complex or time-spending for the user.   

Programming mode  by smartphone with MyPixsys Apprelies on NFC technology, not requiring any wirings, power supply or special hardware, making it also a useful remote assistance tool for the possibility to share configuration files via common messaging applications.

Two universal analogue inputs allowing mathematical operations (differential, average, sum) , extensive combination of analogue and digital outputs, open/close logics for valves, multiple alarm and diagnostic functions, timer mode: the most complete models of ATR444 support advanced applications which traditionally  may require programmable logics.

Up to two PID control loops can be handled in heating/cooling mode, with a flexible algorithm which is optimised also for fast processes or those requiring high accuracy. 

Some versions also integrate the programmer mode for the management of a cycle / profile with 12 segments.  

Connectivity includes RS485 and ModbusRTU protocol, with the possibility of using the controller also with  Pixsys CNV580 IIoT gateway for remote monitoring of selected variables and activation of notifications via PixsysGuard App.


User friendly, multimedia support and traceability

For the entire range of Pixsys products we provide technical support for installation, programming and operation via our online forum and via Skype.

The interface of the controller ATR444 ensures that the product is easy to use; operator is also supported by programming tools such as App MyPixsys (for Android devices) and LABSOFTVIEW programming software.

Programming tutorial videos are available on our YouTube channel. As for the entire range of PIXSYS products, thanks to the QR code the traceability of the product is guaranteed for its entire life cycle; the information and documentation online can be also be accessed by reading the QR CODE that directs your mobile device to the product's technical specifications and verifies its warranty conditions.
