STR581 is a counter/tachometer/flowmeter. Input may read PNP, NPN signals or Push-pull/line driver types to interface typically with proximity sensors, flow rate sensors, encoders; the input maximum reading frequency is 100KHz.
The device can handle two independent count registers (Counter 1 and Counter 2; Tachometer functionality is provided for Counter 1).
The resolution of the counters is 64bit; display can rescale the font according to the number of digits to be displayed. The measuring unit is customizable.
Four outputs/thresholds are available (2 relay and 2 PNP/digital), free configurable and relatable to the counters/tachometer.
One RS485/Slave serial port with Modbus-RTU protocol allows networking and remote access.
