This Privacy Policy sets out how we, Pixsys s.r.l. , use and protect your personal data that you provide to us, or that is otherwise obtained or generated by us, in connection with your use of Pixsys Guard (the “Services”). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to Pixsys s.r.l. , and ‘you’ refers to you, the user of the Services.
We do not share with third parties any of your information, at any time.
Any information collected by Google Play or Apple App Store systems and services are only used to ensure proper operation of the app, and never transferred from the developer to any third parties for any reason.
If you choose to share a bug report with us, such information will only be used to diagnose and fix problems.
Pixsys Guard uses an MQTT server in order to ensure proper operation of our CNV580 device. The data on such server includes device status, variables and connected clients, and will never be shared with any third party.
Some of the data used by Pixsys Guard is stored on-device (such as saved systems, notification logs and preferences). This data will not be collected remotely (the user has to personally share it via the user interface if needed) and can be managed through Pixsys Guard’s application Settings, or through Android’s system controls.
This privacy policy will be updated as needed so that it is accurate, current, and clear.
